Kay’s Reapings: Commissary (4/23)

Posted on: 04/23/2010

So my lovely sisters got together and decided that they would give me a little break this weekend and took ALL of the children for the night. I decided that I would clean a little…that didn’t get done…so I decided to run over to the Commissary right quick :)…that’ll work, right!

I was talking to my girl, Sarah (My Military Mommy) on the other night about my trip this Saturday to the Commissary and what all I wanted to purchase for my stockpile…after speaking with her I guess I got a little anxious and ended up going today, instead with only two-thirds of my coupons in hand…have a lot more coming in the mail, prayfully they will be here on tomorrow and I can finish this trip…lol!

Ok…so here’s what my grocery list looked like for this weekend’s trip:

Trashbags (last two boxes were opened with NONE on the shelves for stockpile in the garage)
Tide Stain Release (18ct. Duo Packs) …not completely out but I LOVE these things for some reason
White Rice (I LOVE rice…gotta have it somewhere in the house at all times)
Flour (Self-Rising & All-Purpose) …the All-Purpose flour has to do with a GIVEAWAY I have coming up so stay tuned!)
Milk (…again, my daughter says, “I’m happy when there’s milk in the house.”)

….and this is what I came home with

Hello and welcome! I am a military spouse & mom of four boys and two girls, ages 1 to 10, oldest diagnosed with autism. We're located in the Charleston, SC area. My family and my faith are very important to me. Since I've started using coupons I have been able to save more money and become a better steward of my household. I hope to seed into the general public, and our military families, how to spend less and get more.

Get ready to take your grocery & household spending to a whole new level! Couponing is not only a means to seed but an avenue to harvest...both opportunities are endless & a joy to delight in.

I welcome feedback and comments! Thank you again!
