Rite-Aid: FREE Candy Galore + UP Rewards! (10/3-10/9) UPDATED

Posted on: 10/07/2010

***This deal DID NOT turn out the way another’s reader did on today. My first transaction I was purchasing 11 bags of candy, used (1) $10UP+, (1) $2/3 Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, etc., 8/8 RP, (1) $4/6 Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, etc., 8/8 RP, (1) $0.50/$5 Purchase of Bag Candy, Rite-Aid Wellness Q, and (1) $5/$25 Rite Aid Purchase…paid $6.XX OOP, only received (9) $2 +UP rewards….second transaction had (10) bags on it, only used (1) $5/$25 Rite-Aid Purchase, (1) $0.50/$5 Bagged Candy Rite Aid Wellness Q, and the $18 +UP rewards from the previous transaction….received (5) $1 +UP rewards…NO $2 +UPs….guess the glitch has been fixed, as the manager ended up calling the head office to find out what went wrong…they stated that it was a glitch and that the $2 +UP rewards weren’t suppose to have printed at all, only the $1 +UP rewards per two bags….

Oh, my, my….Hubby is going to LOVE this deal. This week, at Rite-Aid, you can reap a HUGE savings on candy. As we don’t participate in Halloween this will simply be for Hubby’s sweet tooth.

Here’s the deal.

The candy listed below are on sale 2/$5. For each two bags purchased, you will receive $1 UP+ reward, in addition to two (2) $2 UP+ Mystery Rewards.

* Skittles 14 oz
* Swedish Fish 14 oz
* Cow Tail Minis 10 oz
* Starburst 14oz
* Jolly Ranchers 14oz
* Caramel Cremes 12 oz
* Sour Patch Kids 14 oz
* Jolly Rancher Pops 10 oz

(2) Candies, 2/$5
Receive: $1 +UP, (2) $2 +UP Mystery Rewards
Makes them FREE after +UP Rewards

So, essentially, you could purchase up to the $25 threshold…

(10) Candies, $2/5
-use (1) $5/$25 Rite-Aid Purchase (PRINT) -exp. 10/31

Pay: $20 OOP
Receive: (5) $1 +UP Rewards, (10) $2 +UP Rewards
Makes them FREE after +UP rewards
*****For those of you holding onto any rewards, use them to help reduce your OOP.

Now, if you have +UP rewards already, this is going to work out even better as you could add multiple packs of the specific packages listed above, along with the $5/$25 Rite-Aid purchase coupon.

-thanks For the Mommas!

thanks the update, i’ve been in RA afternoon, and found my receipt followed only 2*5up, even I purchased 10 loose bags carefully about the exact candy.

i purchased 2 bags early friday morning and received 2 $2ups but not a $1up. i went back last night, only received 1 $1up.

i got tons of nivea lip products and +ups, so it wasn’t a waste an exceptional trip after all.
